Hello all!!!
I have officially decided to update and create a new blog for my adventures this summer and life in general; my life is way to interesting to not blog about it.
Well I will give you a brief update on my life so far. I was in London for the semester and I just got back a couple of days ago. I was studying at University of London and London Metropolitan. My flat was on Baker Street, which was in central London right near Regents Park. My roommates were all from UMD and we got along fabulously. I had so much fun in London and my "Study Aborad" experience felt more like an extended vacation than an actual semester.
As far as my travels in Europe went, I went to Paris, Amsterdam, Palermo (Sicily), Athens, Santorini (Greece), Vienna, Oxford, Stonehenge and the Cotswalds (in the English Countryside). If your curious about the visuals visit my facebook and you can see all the pictures.
This summer I will be working at Rocky Mountain National Park which is in Colorado. I will be a Transportation Intrepreter which means that I will be providing information on alternative transportation within the park. Some of my duties include, riding shuttle buses and informing people about shuttle routes, working in visitors centers, as well as giving information on the park whether it be about trails, history, or natural geography. Basically this job is perfect for me. As this blog title expresses I am a nature girl. I was born and raised in NYC which means that I have never spent more than a week in compelete and utter nature. I couldn't be more excited to start my summer! I will try to update this blog on a day to day basis on different exciting things that have happened to me.
In addition I will copy and paste my old blog entries from my previous blog so you can learn more about my previous journeys. O and I am not longer a veg; although trying to get back into this summer.
